When will my unit ship?
All units are in stock. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — you'll see an estimated date at checkout based on your country.
Why is the early-access price lower than retail?
We sell direct to performers — no retail markup, no middlemen. The price you see is the best price you'll ever get for a hand-assembled, individually numbered SONAR unit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you the carrier tracking number directly. You can track your package in real time using that number on the carrier's official website.
What is your return policy?
If your unit arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost. For all other returns, the unit must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Please contact support@sonar.hiddendoor.tech to initiate a return.
Is this a prototype or a production unit?
Production. SONAR has been in field testing with working magicians and mentalists for months. You'll receive the same hardware, in the same configuration, that the performers in the demo clips use.
